Thursday 14th June, 2001

When we heard that Todd from Big Brother was going to be appearing at the Aussie in Shepp, I knew I just HAD to be there. Todd was probably my favorite housemate. For those of fuzzy mind, Toss was the one with the dreadlocks... well he HAD the dreadlocks untill he cut them off... then he was the one with little natty clumps of crud in his har... until he got Jemma to cut them off... Then he was the one with short hair... or something. Todd was the one who, right at the very start of the show, had the great idea to play a prank on the other house by putting some conditioner into a condom and leaving it on the kitchen bench. BWAHAHA! He was also the one constantly seen annoying the fuck out of the rest of the housemates with his infernal bongos playing.

Sun FM was planning a fundraising weekend for 'Here for Life', which was Todd's chosen charity for his legacy auction earnings, so they decided to nab his services for a Thursday night to come to the Aussie, pour a few drinks, sign some autographs and pose for some photos. Myself, Braden and zenny decided to grab the opportunity by the ears and kick it square in the mean bean machine.

	First zenny went to the bar and asked Todd for a Jameson and Coke ("You can't ask Todd from Big Brother for just a Coke") then got me to take her photo. Okay so I messed up. Seconds before taking this photo, zenny said to me "You'd better not mess this photo up!". So what did I do? Yup. But if you ask me, I'd say it turned out pretty artistic.
	Now it was my turn, I'd asked Todd for a beer and got the camera ready. I took a photo of Todd pouring MY drink. Yaay!
	While I was waiting for the stoopid flash to recharge, Todd had given me my beer and taken my money to the till, so I didn't get to take my picture with Todd, dammit. Wel, enjoy this picture of Todd taking MY money to the till.

	Here we all are being happy to be at the Aussie wth Todd.
	The Aussie had a jumbo sized projection screen ready to screen tonights episode of Big Brother Uncut.
	Then we went over to Todd for some photos and autographs. WOOHOO!! Just before Braden took this photo he said "Come on, look groovy!". Todd was happy to oblige. What a photo. What a dude.

	Finally it was zenny's turn. Here you go zen. You got your decent photo after all. After the photos, we got some autographs, where zenny told Todd hat he was her favourite in the house. Todd's autograph? "Hey Kylie, you're my fav too. Todd" ... way cool.
	Shortly after signing my autograph (scanned in and shown below) Todd got up on the stage and played the bongos to a few songs with the band.
	The band, the Wood Street Steelers, fronted by local celebrity, Nigel Parsons (onya Nige) rocked the place, but Todd really stole the show. I predict big things for Todd in the future. (This does not give you permission to make fun of me if my prediction doesn't come true and we never hear form Todd again.)

	Bongo on! I took an AWESOME video of Todd on the bongos, but I can't seem to convert it into a commonly viewable format. If I ever manage to succeed, you'll see it here first. Keep checking the front page for updates.
	Before we were ready to leave, Braden decided to bail up Todd's girlfriend and ask her a few questions. He asked her what she thought of all the attention they were getting. She was loving it and graciously accepted Braden's request to pose for a photo.

What a great night. I was hyped up for quite some time after this. I was expecting something kinda similar when I heard that Lisa was coming in a couple of weeks.
